Once the order is confirmed or installation work is scheduled, it is considered active and subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
– Duplicate or excess payment made by the customer.
– Order cancelled by Region Energy LLP due to technical, material, or operational constraints.
– Advance payment collected but service or product not delivered.
Refunds will NOT be applicable in the following cases:
– Customer-initiated cancellation after work has started.
– Delay caused by site readiness, approvals, or customer dependency.
– Change of mind after order confirmation.
– Minor delays due to weather or logistics.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or communicated to our support team.
– Free cancellation may be allowed if requested before procurement or work commencement.
– Partial or full deduction of advance payment may apply once materials are ordered or site work has begun.
– No cancellation will be accepted after installation or commissioning.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or approved payment mode).
Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after approval.
The actual credit time may vary depending on banking partners.
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
– Completed installations or delivered products.
– Custom-designed or project-specific solar systems.
– Government fees, approvals, or third-party charges.
– Service dissatisfaction after successful system installation without valid technical fault.
